Despatch timescales

All orders are hand-made, I will aim to get your order to you within 7-14 days.  If however, you require your order urgently, please get in touch. 

Ava & Ange, cannot be held responsible for missing items, but please contact me if your parcel does not arrive after 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation.  If you haven't received your parcel after 14 days have passed, then please let me know and I will take the matter up with Evri.

All items are made by hand.  I really hope you'll be happy with your order, however if there is a problem with it or you require and exchange, then please email me @ Angmitchell23.gmail.com and I will do my very best to rectify it.

My returns policy is 14 days, after this  time you won't be eligible for a refund or exchange 

To return a item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If a product needs to be returned I do ask that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you've changed your mind, unless I have made an error with the order, or it is defective (please note items are ALL hand made). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, please send your proof of purchase to [email protected] and I will provide you with full postal returns address.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email to notify you, and notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
